Out of the Storms of Heaven.

These two horses, KT and Bobby, both belonged to my friend Angela. KT is featured elsewhere in my gallery, but this is the first time I've painted Bobby.

After drawing the two horses, I didn't really plan the painting. It developed as I went along, until I found they were trotting out of a storm. Then I remembered Angela's favourite expression when she thinks of our lost loves: 'They are kicking up a storm at the Rainbow Bridge'... So it became 'the storms of heaven...'
